Welcome to TeachVella.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TeachVella website, online store, products, content, features, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services").

TeachVella operates its online store using Shopify. We also use Printify and its production and fulfillment partners to manufacture and fulfill many of our print-on-demand products.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from TeachVella, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

By using our Services, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

When placing an order or creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, email address, billing information, shipping address, and payment information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

3. Our Products

TeachVella primarily offers print-on-demand apparel and related products.

Because many of our products are produced after an order is placed:

Products may be made specifically for you.
Product availability may change.
We may discontinue products or designs at any time.
Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, screen, device, lighting, and settings.
The exact placement or appearance of a printed design may vary slightly from product images shown online.
Product specifications, materials, colors, sizing, and descriptions may be updated when necessary.

We make reasonable efforts to display products and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colors exactly as they appear on the physical product.

4. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

TeachVella uses Printify and its network of independent production and fulfillment partners to produce and ship certain products.

When you place an order, your order information may be transferred to the appropriate Printify production partner so that the product can be manufactured, packaged, and shipped to you.

Production locations may vary depending on the product, availability, destination, and fulfillment requirements.

Printify and its production partners operate as service providers involved in fulfilling your order. Your purchase agreement is with TeachVella.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through our store, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that TeachVella has accepted the order if there is an issue with payment, product availability, pricing, fraud prevention, or other circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where permitted by law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange an appropriate refund for the amount paid for the cancelled order.

Because our products are generally made to order, cancellation requests may not be possible once production has started.

6. Refunds, Returns, and Replacements

Our Refund & Return Policy forms part of these Terms.

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind, selects the wrong size or color, or orders the wrong product.

However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or is otherwise incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us within the period specified in our Refund & Return Policy.

For eligible issues, TeachVella may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

7. Prices and Payments

Product prices are displayed on our website and may change from time to time.

The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, promotions, or pricing errors.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.

Payments may be processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers.

We do not normally receive or store your complete payment card details.

8. Taxes, Customs, and Import Charges

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees, or other governmental charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges may not be included in the product price.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws relating to the importation of products into your country.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

TeachVella is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order cannot be delivered because the shipping address was incorrect or incomplete, TeachVella may not be able to provide a refund or replacement.

TeachVella is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to operate our online store.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and TeachVella.

Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by TeachVella or for the fulfillment of purchases made from TeachVella, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how TeachVella collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information.

Because our store is powered by Shopify and our products may be fulfilled through Printify and its production partners, personal information necessary to process and fulfill your order may be shared with those service providers.
